Despite being the most loyal creatures people have ever welcomed in their life, dogs make great service pets, therapy animals, and rescuers who step in when it’s needed the most.

Now, if you ever wondered how do dogs manage to save humans from troublesome and emergency situations, Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England is willing to give you the answer. The video of a person being rescued by one of their dogs that was posted on Twitter shows how much courage, determination, and training it takes for the canines to execute such a complex task of getting someone off the piles of snow they found themselves trapped in.

This is a training video, but as the people from the organization say, it depicts what really happens during a real-life situation.

The dog in this video is a 4-year-old Border Collie named Flo. She is a valuable member of the Edale Mountain Rescue Team that operates in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District.

Flo is described as “an extremely intelligent, confident young dog with remarkable work ethic and drive who has attended more than 30 operational call outs for missing persons.”

What is most amazing is that the Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England is run by volunteers who are willing to offer a helping hand to tourists and other people in need of help. Their work however, depends on the donations of generous people.

The dogs undergo regular training sessions through which they learn how to help people buried in the snow.

It’s amazing that we get to see how it looks like when someone is being rescued without having to experience any danger ourselves.

We hope this amazing organization would be getting regular donations so that they could continue doing what they do best, and that’s saving people’s lives.
