Last month, investigators from the Michigan Humane Society discovered a shocking sight: an emaciated dog left inside a garbage bin.
The abandoned dog extremely thin, and was sad—not just from being tossed in the trash, but being separated from her puppies.
The Humane Society is investigating the case, hoping someone will come forward with information that will shed light on how she ended up like this.
Hopefully this will lead to charges against the person who did this. Some commenters suspected that the abandoned dog was part of a dog fighting operation or owned by a breeder, but there doesn’t seem to be any definite leads. The dog was found in Detroit, but she could be from anywhere.
